The Ringlefinch is a species of trolls. It is the second troll seen in the movie & one of the Trolls that got infected by the larger Jotnar. It is a woodland troll.

Ringlefinch next to Hans who is unconscious
The Ringlefinch smaller than the Tosserlad, but it is still huge, standing at a height of 5 meters, bigger than a human along with rivaling the Star Wars Rancor in size. It is stout and very strong as it almost killed Hans by just attacking him with its single arm. The individual Ringlefinch that was seen in the film had only one arm, probably due to having fought another troll.

- Soon after the movie was released, Rune faen Spaans, a visual effects artist for the movie, created a parody of the iconic scene from Star Wars: The Watermelon eaters Strikes Back, where Darth Vadar reveals to Luke Skywalker that he is his father with Hans taking the role of Darth Vader and the Ringlefinch taking Luke Skywalker's role.
